Dear, Institute of Vocational and Business for Health and Beauty, and Health and Beauty Business Professionals.
“KOREA vs VIETNAM vs THAILAND”
Korea Up Style Professional Association , the leading organization for international beauty
professional competitions in South Korea, in collaboration with the organizers of competitions in
South Korea, is thrilled to present the grand STARKING WORLD BEAUTY CONTEST 2023 , now in
its 14th edition, to be held in Thailand on August 11, 2023, at the Vayupak Convention Center,
Government Complex Chaengwattana. This event aims to seek out the utmost excellence in beauty
professionals on an international level and provides an opportunity for those who are determined to
develop themselves and showcase their talents to compete at an international level.

you can compete just like in a Korea right here in Thailand”
The competition will be organized in the Korean style, the competition will feature Korean-style
stages, Korean-style competition fields, Korean-style backdrops, and Korean contestant attire.
Certificates and trophies will also be presented. Furthermore, we will have nearly 200 participants
and committee members coming together to create Korean atmosphere for the attendees in this
event. Not only that, we have intensified the competition for professional contestants and committee
members, with nearly 200 additional participants from Vietnam, join the showcasing to show the
skills of Thai professional artist on an international level.
The competition will feature various international-level professional beauty categories, including:
1. International-level PMU (Permanent Makeup) Professionals:
1.1 PMU – International-level competition for eyebrow microblading with blades on leather
1.2 PMU – International-level competition for eyebrow microblading with ombré technique on leather
1.3 PMU – International-level competition for hairstroke eyebrow microblading on leather.
1.4 PMU – International-level competition for lip microblading on leather.
2. International-level Massage and Spa Professionals:
2.1 International-level competition for facial massage.
2.2 International-level competition for oil massage.
2.3 International-level competition for Thai massage.
3. International-level Nail Art Professionals – Fantasy category.
4. International-level Makeup Professionals – Makeup Artistry:
4.1 International-level competition for bridal makeup.
4.2 International-level competition for fantasy makeup.
5. International-level Body Painting Professionals – Leather.
6. International-level Eyelash Extension Professionals:
6.1 International-level competition for volume eyelash extensions.
6.2 International-level competition for classic eyelash extensions.
7. International-level Yoga Professionals.

Witness and learn from over 20 Vietnamese PMU Master Technicians, renowned experts in
their field, showcasing their expertise in this arena of learning, where knowledge flows freely without
barriers or costs. This event will undoubtedly be the pinnacle of education in utilizing beauty
techniques, with esteemed Vietnamese Masters leading the way.
The competition will take place on August 11, 2023, at the Vayupak Convention Center, Nonthaburi.

1:00 PM – Inauguration of the International Professional Beauty Committee

3:00 PM – Committee Meeting to Evaluate the Results of the International Professional Beauty Competition

International participants – 6,950 Baht + Gala Dinner 1,000 Baht.
Thai participants – 2,950 Baht + Gala Dinner 1,000 Baht.
